The SoulMate dispensation is a magnificent gift from God to humanity. It is a special dispensation that allows SoulMates or "Twin Souls" to come together before they are in the perfected state of Love which would be the requirement of the natural law of resonance (“like attracts like”). This means that all on Earth now have access to their SoulMate, their one Twin Flame or "Twin Soul", right where they are in their path of awakening, regardless of whether or not their resonance is only Love. What this does is allow true Love to now be made manifest in every person’s life.

The reason for this dispensation is that once SoulMate Love is experienced, this Love will then open each person’s heart.
